1. Service Overview

VKARD.PRO operates as a software-as-a-service (SaaS) hosting engine. Authorized agents purchase card creation credits to build and configure custom 9:16 vertical visiting profiles and clickable PDFs.

2. User Accounts & Responsibilities

To utilize agent workspaces, credentials must be generated by the Super Admin. You are solely responsible for:

• Safeguarding login credentials and preventing unauthorized workspace access.
• Ensuring that the business information, photos, UPI credentials, and brochures uploaded to customer profiles are correct and licensed.
• Verifying customer identity and maintaining professional local marketing standards.

3. Subscription & Billing

Platform credit upgrades are managed via admin quotas or compliant payment gateway checkouts. All billing transactions are computed in INR. Card subscriptions are activated for fixed terms (e.g. 1 year) and will auto-expire if not renewed.

4. Refund Policy

Due to the immediate provisioning of database creation credits, all purchases are non-refundable. We recommend verifying and building draft card templates prior to activating corporate packages. If there is a billing issue or duplicate checkout transaction, please contact billing support immediately.

5. Intellectual Property

VKARD.PRO owns the system codebase, logo vectors, web styling patterns, PDF creation layouts, and universal redirection logic. Users retain ownership of their logo graphics, brochure PDFs, and profile content assets uploaded to the server.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to configure digital profiles to:

• Promote illegal goods, unauthorized financial schemes, or misleading banking claims.
• Phish, scrape, distribute malware, or intercept user credentials.
• Infringe upon intellectual trademarks or distribute graphic or harassing business media.

7. Account Suspension

VKARD.PRO reserves the right to suspend logins, revoke card credits, or route public links to suspension notice warnings if a user violates these terms or engages in fraudulent operations.

8. Limitation of Liability

VKARD.PRO is provided on an "as-is" basis. We make no warranty that service uptime will be uninterrupted. We shall not be liable for business disruptions, lost sales, payment processor issues, or dialer connection outages arising from digital card use.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with local regulations, and any disputes will be subject to exclusive jurisdiction.
